I am at 100% in the first step in the Jolly Holiday quest, yet when I go to speak to Amanda Holiday she has no next step in the quest for me. I beleive this is a bug as this quest is just bugged all the way throughout. Please help I put in so much work into this quest so far and I can't even get past the first step now. Turns out poster that mentioned I just needed one more percent was correct. Thanks everyone!
