Personally I feel less powerful if someone can brush me with their shoulder, ignoring my bullets, and kill me instantly.

They are not "ignoring" your bullets. They are sprinting, right at you, with heavy armor we all have, and attempting to lung at you with the intent of crushing an internal organ. Secondly? As I already stated above? There's more then a few weapons (practically all of them) which drops someone charging you.

And I am shooting then, with an xboxhueg revolver, with the intent to splatter their brains. I guess hand cannons should one-shot.

I'm all for opinions on the matter, but shoulder charge should OHK. As for your hand cannon? Their accuracy can be as deadly as you say, but they are not. They never have been either. The exposure falls directly into the same category of risk vs. reward as anything else. The difference now is guns will forever have the advantage and shoulder charge players will not. You might as well take away the shadestep, angel of light/grenade burn damage or reduce them so they only hurt as much as the shoulder charge for their duration. Sorry, but there is no real logic to be found here. You can downvote as much as you want and thanks to those who keep voting up. No subclass should have their abilities reduced to the point they become useless. This game is for fun and without those capabilities their is more fun, and better, games which will entice people. As I already said, Anthem is a game built around PvE having fun with mortar and multi-target weapons. There is zero element in Destiny which compares to that feeling of deadly and powerful. No gun currently does that or allows for gamers to know a level of fun. Instead, we have had multiple nerfs and no buffs. That trend needs to be stopped. The casual gamer is what will leave.
