So I was surfing the floodgates of steams game store looking for a zombie survival title I would like. I came across this little gem, a game called Miscreated, I had originally intended on DayZ or H1Z1 but reviews of both were not that good considering all the good stuff is countered by game breaking bugs and glitches, hackers and exploits and an uncaring dev team. I considered Rust thoroughly but I already have Ark. I must have skimmed over Miscreated 40 times before I said "screw it" and decided to check it out. The reviews call this game phenomenal and worth the buy considering it too is an early access title. On steam, Miscreated is on sale for 10 dollars and I must say I too am without a doubt, glad I bought this game. Now for some juicy details. -exact same concept as DayZ or Arma survival Mods -bugs, glitches, and exploits are so rare they are basically nonexistent -fast loading times -runs on Cryengine, complete with visually satisfying graphics and sounds -gunplay isn't wonky or clunky -built in base building similar to Ark. -standard servers are persistent world's -everyone has an equal shot at all loot, it all respawns after 15 minutes if there are fewer than 3 people within 200 meters of loot spawns -loot is totally random, you will never ever get the same loot twice in the same spot. -you must completely repair a car in order to drive -KoS is discouraged as suppressors are realistic and still loud, also rare, zombies will flock to gunfire or any loud noise if they hear it -special infected like the tank zombies offer a fantastic challenge. -headshots ALWAYS work -controls are fluid, lots to remember but hard to forget. -1:1 timescale, time passes in game as fast as it does in real life assuming you are on an official server. -high population, almost every server is always at least 3/4 full, especially U.S and U.K servers. -Polish, this early access game is simply a testing ground for the products next step but it is polished. I fully encourage anyone with an extra 10 bucks lying around to try this game out, there are too many good details to list off and I don't wanna type for 3 days straight. Miscreated is addictive, affordable and actually delivers on the promises of H1Z1 and DayZ counterparts but with frequent updates, additions and news from the developers. If you're in the market for a good zombie survival game then Miscreated is a good game for you. You will not be disappointed. I am not being paid to say any of this.
