Shoulder Charge will not be a OHK in D2.

1 ReplyWith damage being cut severely in PvP, to where sc doesn't kill and it takes 3 melee to kill, but power weapons all being OHK, that must mean they really buffed shotguns, snipers, and fusions by a ton.

That should be fine now that melees do less damage. In d1 if shoulder charge didn't kill, there'd have been no reason to ever use it

Man, literally everything got nerfed in D2. So sad. Atleast it works for the sequel I guess. As long as they keep it mainly at a slow pace.
