Hwoarang definitely is a difficult character to learn. But if you really like him, stick with it. I don't play Hwoarang, so... that's all the advice I can give.

One of the hardest chars to master, up there with King.

Hwoarang is an advanced character with pretty rubbish punishment. You need to know how to transistion smoothly between his stances. Most of his damage will come from his insane mixup game.

Hworang is considered an advanced character and relies on getting big combos and punishes to deal consistent damage against better players. Honestly, unless you're very familiar with all the game mechanics and terms, he's gonna be insanely tough for you. I was the same way.. What's your playstyle like?

Spam buttons and win. I'm not much of a Hwoarang player so I can't help much in that department Word if advice, 10 hit comboes listed in the movelist aren't real comboes as many hits can be interrupted or blocked. Instead go for the sample strings. As with any character try to learn launchers and when to implement them in combat. That's when you really need to lay down the hits. It's probably easier for me as an Asuka main since she has probably the best launcher in the game, along with multiple other ways to launch. At the same time she's more turtle while Hwo is more assault. Youtube is also a good source to learn some things.
