Hi,
Can you confirm that you're killing the correct knight and Alak-Hul within 30 seconds? In order to finish the quest you must defeat both of the Heolster and Alak-Hul within that tight time-frame in order to seal the blade.

Yes, I can confirm. The quest says to kill Heolster then kill Alak-Hul within 30 seconds to seal my void edge. I've done this multiple times, and even timed it. Still no dark drinker.
