RNG seems to be your main source of creating game time & replay-ability, instead of relying on quality content.
I think if items were very expensive, & had to be earned, it would make obtaining the item way more enjoyable, and you'd have a sense of accomplishment along with earning said item.
So, imo, if items were very expensive, & there were Quests involved, and we knew what we were getting and how to get it, it would be much better than the lazy disrespectful RNG slot machine.
Same goes for weapon and armor perks. Everything should have a path to be earned.
Instead of level 40, how's about level 500, with unlocks along the way?

Also support retaining rngesus for less prestigious rewards as this suits Guadians of a more casual or more grind-adverse nature. Also rngesus does offer the benefit of a squeeeeeee moments which can be quite good for many folks.
