I tried tweeting bugiesupport but got no reply.
I am a year 1 player and have purchased all DLC.
Everything was fine until a month ago and suddenly no Taken King content works?
I googled it first and tried restoring licences but no joy.
Any idea how to get support from Bungie or has anyone else experienced this?
When it tried to load content it freezes and gives some error about the disc. My disc is the original game and all dlc is digital!?
When I go into play store it says I have purchased all content and it is installed. I have also re-installed the WHOLE game but no joy.

8 Replies1. When trying to play, does it say trial mode on screen by chance? 2. Inspect disc for scratches/smudges that may make it unreadable.

1 ReplyHello, If you did not upgrade from a Legacy Console (Xbox 360, PlayStation 3) then the only thing you can really do now is contact Xbox/PlayStation Support to see if there's an issue with your licenses.
