What's your Destiny 2 Hype Level
With each leak my hype slowly dies. the game will be fun. It won't last as long as Year 1 vanilla

DOA I'm afraid. Got to rank 7 in AoT book, not even 100% this time. I can't bring myself to do the 390 raids. I have no enthusiasm for this game. Might play the last ever Iron banner, but it looks doubtful. My son started playing, so maybe I can help him and his friends along

At first I was like "that looks cool and fluid" but it's been like a month now and it's died down, still excited for it though. I honestly hope pve is more fun in destiny 2, I hope they keep the raids fun, patrols away from lack of things to do, and strike modifiers that add challenge but don't put you at too great of a disadvantage (remembering that one nightfall with trickle, grounded, and lightswitch? Now those were stupid) The Titan super honestly doesn't look that fun to me, dawnblade looks meh, poledancer is meh... But the game over all looks like it's more team based and although I'm more of a solo player, it still looks fun. Am glad special is gone, am glad abilities can't be spammed, dual primaries will be interesting considering so many people lack actual primary usage in the current and past destiny. Overall it feels more watered down than the original destiny in terms of variety, but looks more promising story and pve wise compared to the original. PvP looks far more skill based and seems more like team work will help be a deciding factor in destiny, weapons now have more room for improvement based upon the ability and efficiency of the original game (use the original as a sort of blueprint) the game seems like it will have more...useful cinematics. I'm excited, but my hypes dying down because of waiting...still no gameplay of the sentinel yet either, figures they wouldn't show it ;-;

Edit: I've personally fallen in love with D1 even with it's hiccups along the way, i still enjoy meeting new people and playing with my friends. Maybe it's the fact that I'm a true casual player that just enjoys killing aliens after a long week of work.

2 RepliesThere should be a negative number on there. 4v4 ruined PVP and I haven't seen anything in PVE to get excited about. I don't really care about the changes to make balancing PVP easier. I come on the forums hoping to find something to be excited about or anything that is an actual improvement in the game.
