Beta preload
Will the beta have the option to preload? I haven't seen any storage requirements for the Beta yet, and if it's a sizable file will we have the option to pre load?

You can't get the game until something like 11pm the evening prior to launch, and it is going to be a lot more "sizable" than the Beta, so I would not expect it to be available until at least the day prior. As noted, watch the site, but I would expect information emails to get sent out likely a week prior. Probably in the July 9-13 range.
