The game isn't designed to support the RPG Trinity, it would be pointless to add a healer. There isn't even a "tank" class in the sense you don't [i]need[/i] a tank to complete activities. Start thinking along those lines and you enter the pitfalls of the Division. It became clear the trinity does not really work well with shooter mechanics.

  • I used healer as an example , I find it incredibly odd that no one would want more classes offering more customization to the game , but hey plain boring Jane is what you like by all means imo

  • Customization is another pitfall. This constant cry for "more customization" results in unused assets, throw away skills and items, and generally wastes time and resources. The focus should be creating and implementing new gameplay mechanics and activities. Customization in the long run is superficial fluff.
