I WANT TO SAY THIS WAS A INJUSTICE. she did not physcially kill him. this is a attack on free speech i dont care who disagrees . In my other post I mentioned massechuestts does not have a suicide coercion law which if it did they would have charged her with. this is why the strange charge of involuntary manslaughter was given. I made a post about the girl who coerced her boyfriend into suicide several days ago. the judge found her guilty for anyone curious about the outcome of the case. she had a legal responsiblity to call the police or for help when she knew he was in the truck filled with carbon monoxide poisoning according to the judge but some debate this.. they did not find she was the direct cause of the death i believe the judge said. or could not prove it but she still is guilty of involuntary manslaughter because she did not call for help. and her actions put him in that situation to begin with this is according to the judge's interpertation. she knew he had a history of suicide attempts and still told him to get back in the f--- ing truck. thoughts on this? so it was not only her words but her inaction to get help that was grounds for the verdict of guilty. the debate is still in whether she had a legal obligation to help. they are going to be charging her as a juvinelle i believe the judge said. she was 17 at the time of the suicide. I would like to add that at one point he wanted her to take her life with him. so both individuals where really messed up in the head. she has been known to be suicidal also.
