Xylar the timeless?
I keep hearing stuff about how only 2% of players have "[i]big enough balls[/i]" to beat him, but there's no description of the fight nor even pictures of him online. Is he real or have I been bullshitted this whole time?

Jeff the cabal trolled the f out of some kid that was saying he was brilliant at the raid. Kid was all done it bla bla bla jeff I know and what about that xylar the timeless after you beat atheon kid was like know ye. Pretty sure it was Jeff.

Don't believe all these trolls, only the best of the best have faced xylar and lived to tell the tale. Getting him to appear involves a very complex set of mechanics that few are yet to figure out, if you are lucky, one day you will find one of the mythical guardians who have the knowledge of how to face xylar, when you do be prepared, or one of his seven heads will eat your soul.

1 ReplyThe story is that some guy had a fireteam member insisting that he was extremely experienced, so instead of calling him on it, he made up a boss in VoG that spawned in after killing Atheon, and the rest of the team went with it. The kid took the bait and claimed he had beaten Xylar multiple times. So after they killed Atheon, the kid said loudly in the chat; Everyone get ready to take down Xylar! He'll spawn any second. And the fireteam lost it, laughing their asses off. So that's the story of Xylar the Timeless. (More or less)
