If you ordered digitally, you will not recieve a beta code; just by pre-ordering on the console store, you are eligible for the beta when it releases. If you have lost the code printed on your receipt after purchasing the pre-order from a physical location, you must contact the store for further details.

I'm guessing you pre-ordered from the PSN store and didn't receive a code? It's okay, you're not supposed to get one. You don't need it. Just download and install the beta when it's live. I can't really help if that's not what the problem is.

Might as well post your question. It's likely been asked before. Sony obviously won't respond in this forum. Bungie likely won't respond privately to you.
