Xur doesn't have anything of note stat wise. Mostly around 80-90%.

I wouldn't just in spite of op, I mean cmon man how hard is it to figure it out for yourself. I was world's first to get outbreak prime. I didn't have a fancy pants app to figure out the puzzle for me. Pen, paper, and calculator that's it.
