That exotic is actually underrated. For people that aren't that experienced and can't stay alive, it allows you to hold on to your self rez while still being able to pick up orbs which go to recharge your health, grenade, and melee charges, while your super bar is full. (In addition to the added heavy/special ammo) The glimmer part is useless.
