So I admit, I recommend waiting for a Full Auto roll as that makes this Scout something special & a treat to use. Thst said. I struggled but went woth Roll 3 because of the sheer stability it has. Fitted Stock + Injection Mold make this laser-ish in stability. Outlaw negates the reload speed for the most part. The range will take a hit from injection, but if you have a fast trigger finger you'll do fine. Roll 2 has perks that make up for the weaknesses of this gun. HCR makes up for the lower impact, by guaranteeing you stagger enemies. Reinforced gives you range at the cost of stability. To some extent this Scout can afford the range penalty. But Suros Scouts are often mini-snipers imo. So it depends if you don't mind the kick. Unflinching doesn't hurt. Feeding Frenzy is a godsend. Even if you don't get a precision kill. It will buff your reload. Private eye is there dor those who like to snipe in HD. But it brings NOTHING to the table performance wise. HCR makes up for the lower imoact of the Tamar & will make sure you can stun lock Elite/Ultras if you time your shots right. A solid roll.
