Can't link my clan to my xbox account
Hi
I have just tried to join a new clan and my membership has been accepted but when I click on "Set as clan for Xbox account" it says that the request has already been submitted. However, although the admin for the clan can see it as pending he is unable to authorise it as it says that my Xbox account is not linked. In my profile settings it shows it as linked but the "Unlink" button is greyed out. Any help gratefully received.

3 RepliesHi Gifted Toast. As far as I can tell, it looks like you might have your linked authentication set to private, which prevents it from displaying on your public profile. This might cause some issues for clan admins trying to approve your clan request. You may want to try heading into your account settings, into 'Accounts and Linking', and next to your linked authentication should be an option called 'display on public profile'. Try having the admin approve your request again once that's enabled.
