What is "Gandhi hopping?"

It is crouching repeatedly while jumping. A funny trick at LANs to spot the XBL warriors is too see who Ghandi hops, as it is useless on LAN.

that was always done in CE of course, there wasn't online play... but in one of the old teabagging videos they called it the "jump 'n hump"

dont listen to them. its def helpfull, although its not like you can get shot, it just might mess with your opponant visually. kinda like the pistola hop.

it was quite effective in the halo 2 days, but now it is only an epic fail in halo 3. [Edited on 07.10.2010 4:18 PM PDT]

I've been doing this since Halo CE. It looks rly funny in that game. I never knew the name until Halo 2.

Gandhi started the "Gandhi Hop" thing in Halo 2, then it migrated over to Halo 3. Simple as that. From my experience, it works pretty well.
