Bouncing Smiley Face Game?
Does anyone know what the game is called where theres the tons of smiley faces and you need to navigate them around areas? Somebody posted a link to the game on here a while ago but I don't remember what the website was called.

Although it's the internet, so the open rooms tend to suck and the closed levels made by a single guy end up being the best ones. ...or then there's the popular alternative of giving the password to a select group. I know that there is one really old arcade game that if you took too long on a level, a smiley face would come to kill you, and it would be completely invincible, so all you can do about it was your death at the hands of a smiley face.
