I assume the sensors they are talking abouy are some sort of satelites or something similar.
Rocket - satelite gone - sensors gone.
And for those who think the alarm would go off - maybe, but if you set the sensors to sound alarm if something triggered them, it wouldn't necessarily sound it if there were no sensors to be triggered.
All speculation of course.

Cabal could have used an EM pulse to deactivate the sensors.

I just think you are overcomplicating things. Blow them up - no more sensors.
I just think you are overcomplicating things. Blow them up - no more sensors.
but thats the thing wouldn't the sensors detect the rockets and the cabal are as far as we know only attacking from the front yet the entire sensors all around don't just switch off they vanish by the sounds of it "there not there, there are no sensors" that to me sounds super fishy

Well, if you expect there to be sensors, then you suddenly get no signal, you would probably be a little surprised. Depends on how they were calibrated. If they were set to detect ships, then a small rocket probably wouldn't set them off. Or you could use some sort of railgun or plasma projectile, which would be less than solid. But again - speculation.

I mean, for a random name it isn't that bad. You can pronounce it atleast, which is more than I an say for a lot of the people running around in Destiny.
