Hey Sergalicious, No, those items aren't included with Destiny The Collection, sometimes people will receive them if they have someone else's account on their console who does have The Collector's Edition, or if their account was recently on a console that owned it. It has also been given out accidentally before, so it's possible that happened again if the other situations does not apply to you.
