30 fps cap. For Consoles.

Just my feelings, but it bums me out that consoles (as of right now PS4 and PS4 pro and Xbox 1) will be capped at 30 fps. Hopefully the Scorpio may change that, being it's geared closer to a pc than PS is. But still a drag.

I can't see Bungie allowing Scorpio to run at 60fps. They will want parity between the Scorpio and standard Ones.
