Sbmm people
I was on a fire team with 2 of my friends doing threes. One of my friends is extremely good. I am medium skill. My other friend is horrible at this game (he is more of a battlefield/cod guy). Sometimes we would match against an amazing team due to the sbmm of my good friend. Sometimes we matched against decent teams because of the skill of me. And sometimes, we matched people who we didn't let get a single relic even started salvaging. To make it interesting, we let them get the relic started and then stopped it at the last minute. That's why I want cbmm. That way the fluctuations will still occurs, but we get better connection.

Hopefully they will actually evaluate and monitor connection quality in D2. Those who can't maintain a quality connection get banned for 60 days. Maybe then people would care a little more about using an ethernet cable, not stealing their neighbor's WiFi, etc. I'm sure they'll have weekly and monthly game modes like Trials and Iron Banner. Once people miss out on a couple of those, I'm sure they'll actually start putting forth some effort to correct their connection issues. But as it stands now, there's no incentive for people to do anything.
