It's not like they showed us a strike and we saw power weapons melt the boss.

Strike bosses are hugely different to raid bosses.

I don't think Raid bosses will be too different. If the Titan's new shield reloads whatever weapon you have equipped when you take cover, then every sniper is pretty much a Black Spindle. Proper coordination could possibly see Raid bosses melted pretty fast. I'm very interested to see how things turn out.
