Not being able to jump into PvP with 5 other friends anymore is an intensely stupid design choice. Having to put down my sniper rifle just to use a rocket launcher in PvE also doesn't sound very fun. Destiny 2 will follow the "one step forward, two steps back" philosophy, I imagine. There will be some good things, but the terrible design choices will always be there to hold the game back from what it could be.
