I don't see how ANYONE can complain about that.[/quote] If they give us FOUR weapon slots in PVE (2 primary, 2 power weapons) EVERYONE gets to use whatever combination they want. We carry more firepower with us in PVE, and everyone is happy. Separate preset loadout for PVP = PVPers get what they want. Forced primary v. primary encounters. Not sure why it has to be either-or when Bungie still has the ability to make changes, tweaks, and adjustments to the game and can make a system that separates PVE from PVP AND accommodates players preferred loadouts.
