Mildly skeptical, but this early on is too soon to panic. I'll likely need to log a few hundred kills before I can honestly render any kind of verdict. From a PVP POV, I'm curious as to what benefit the elemental a lot will provide, if any. PVE-wise, I'm with you. Maybe those elemental scout rifles can fill-in for a sniper, but there's a lot of blanks that need to be filled in yet....
