Age gf triumph shirt code

So its been a while ive completed the book but was i supposed to receive a code for the shirt? I tried loging in @ bungie store and it still shows for over 777777$ so where will i find this code? Help! 😐

The book gave you instructions. You can still read them if you look at the reward in game.
