We need to bring back special ammo for destiny 1 before destiny 2, I believe that if in a game like this of course there are nerfs and buffs, but to change a key mechanic in a game, when it wasn't even that bad and made the game really good, is what I call a mistake, removing the ability to keep special ammo in game, after having it for basically all of destiny is an outrage. It has come to a point that I'd rather play the ps3 version of destiny without the removal and changing of the game then play a game that is ruled by sidearm, and icebreakers this is as low as u can get, and it doesn't help that sidearm are completely overpowered, I believe instead of buffing only certain types of weapons and nerfing other's they should all be buffed to a level playing field, where where every archetype of weapon has a chance to compete with each other. Removing the ability to do so is sad. I like to snipe, I also like to shotgun. But removing ammo so that my options are limited to find everyone is using is ridiculous, I love this game a lot, but please fix it and make it more enjoyable before u release the 2nd game, so that if ppl want to remain with destiny 1, they can still enjoy that aspect of a game.

It's only a problem in trials. I use my fusion rifle, shotgun, or non icecrutch sniper perfectly fine in 6s. If they took out icebreaker and, got rid of sidearm ammo on spawn it'd be perfect. Luckily D2 will end all of this nonsense on release. Very excited to be playing that pvp in a few months over the garbage it is now.

It's fairy obvious now after the D2 reveal that they wanted people to get used to the idea of limited special use. They're not going to change it.

The ammo is there. It does take getting used to and you have to fight for it, but it is PVP after all and it's what your supposed to do. It forces you to have or grow good map and spawn awareness but there is a decent amount of ammo available in every match. But I think this may be the last chance to use specials in a Destiny game, so I will agree with let us have 1 last party before we say goodbye to special in D2. :-(
