Okay let's talk about Destiny 2 not having 60 FPS. This was confirmed in a meeting with IGN by Luke Smith.
This is what kills me when people say stuff like- Battlefield 1 runs at 60 FPS through dynamic resolution, Overwatch runs 60 FPS through dynamic resolution!
Those are all just shooters, not an MMO. There is farrrrr more data that has to be processed in Destiny compared to Overwatch. And soooo many people are falsely quoting Luke Smith saying "The PS4 pro can't run at 60 FPS." Well as we all know, it obliviously can. But only with certain games, for graphic quality and smoother physics, which is what Bungie wanted for D2 and implemented, The Pro can't handle 60 FPS. The reason being, with their physics engine, graphic quality, certain networking, etc, the game wouldn't run.
What people think he said- "The PS4 Pro can't run at 60 FPS"
What he actually said- "The PS4 Pro is a super powerful system but, it couldn't run our game at 60. Our game is this rich physics simulation with collision of players, networking, ETC. It wouldn't run.

Anyway, I feel like this is something important that needs to be settled, and if not settled at least argued over with correct info. From my personal stance, I don't care too much about the frame rate, the game looks gorgeous, the CPU look intelligent, it looks good. Also ever see those videos of D1 in 60 FPS compared to 30 FPS? Can hardly tell the difference I didn't even see a difference until the guy reloaded even then, that was minimal.
