Xbox Custom Gamerpic Setting Not Accepting Picture
When I try to upload a picture to use, it says it must be 1080 x 1080. It is 1080 x 1080, though. Help?

1 ReplyEdited by Kankunation: 5/24/2017 9:10:40 PMYeah it's a bit odd. You would think that so long as the apect ratio was 1:1 it would work but that doesn't seem to be the case. It has to be perfectly cropped. And still have a high resolution. I just opened up Adobe illustrator and changed the size of the artboard for my design to exactly 1080px by 1080px and it worked, though obviously not everone can do this.
