Fun Fact: Most who spend too much time on a video game are called lazy.
-
Hm.. not sure where you're going with that.

-
Indeed but you're missing the point here bud.
-
That trolling is fun? I don't think I missed the point ;).
-
That's not trolling. I was being ironic but I do believe that it's out of laziness (finding a good team, spending 4h on something and wasting them for not completing it etc..)
-
Well if you are being serious, most people who don't raid on a regular basis probably just don't enjoy PVE. PVE in Destiny gets dry quickly to a lot of people, and I don't blame them.
-
Not blaming either. I hardly care in all honesty. It gets dry quick but some grind for specific items.
-
I don't know if they're lazy exactly, but definitely have other interests. I had two friends switch accounts last week to trade ToO gear for Raid gear because one doesn't play much PvP and the other doesn't like to Raid. The friend who only PvPs had mostly Trials and Crucible weapons on his account and barely had enough viable gear on his account to complete the raids. He was completely astonished at the variety of weapons and armor he had to choose from on our PvE friends account. It's amazing to me that some people only play this game for PvP.
-
Well some people enjoy both pvp and pve. Either way, those who don't play either pvp or pve are definitely missing out. Some just don't see the point and hence seldom finding a team to play with. I enjoy the challenge of both.
-
I don't recall Destiny being a PvP only game. Event the top 5 ToO gods raid for fun (or loot) so PvE is what it is. It's a question of taste and choice... Not laziness
-
By "laziness" I meant to be ironic. Although most really couldn't care less for pve (raids) because they don't have the will to find a reliable and solid team that wouldn't waste 5h on a simple task.
-
Solid pvp players are a rarity, most play both. Alot are like me, indifferent to pvp at best and not overly social. I'm here to shoot aliens in the butt because its fun. I have no interest in hearing about your day or getting to know anyone, its a video game not eharmony. I'm strictly pve other than bs quests that force you into pvp. Bungies co-op model is probably the poorest I've seen in a game in 30 yrs as is the time = reward ratio although thats improved.
-
Well pvp is not just about what you described. It's also about the challenge, the competitiveness, strategy and the teamwork applied.
