Bungie killed Destiny when they decided we could not carry our loot over. Dumbest move ever.

Are you really thinking this over? You want to start a brand-new game with a full vault of 400 gear, then spend the next 3 years discarding every new item because it's not the weapon or armor you're already familiar with?
-
No gear because the Cabal attacked the tower and destroyed the vaults. REEEEEEEEEEEEEE Besides, like the guy below me pointed out, we wouldn't have any gear because of how OP we would be as soon as the game starts.
-
It's only OP if you because Bungie made it OP. They could have made it more challenging no matter what the level. They also didn't need to nerf the hell out of all the cool weapons in the name of "balancing". Bungie don't need to worry though because we are all hopelessly hooked and dying for our D2 hit. I notice that everybody has the "fanboy" mentality and always seem to give Bungie the benefit of the doubt. The bottom line is Bungie promised us Destiny would allow us to carry over our gains over a 10 year period and are now backing out of that promise.
-
Nope. I think it was smart considering we have basically become OP as all hell, and as a plus they gave a good reason why we don't have our crap. Besides, the new gear looks dope.
-
You think they got those models all made up and ready to go and aren't going to be utilized at some point?
-
Is this a joke?

Smartest move ever. who the hell wants to have everything right away, the fun in D1 was getting it all, not having it all

That's why I stopped playing when I got everything.
