Myself and the other admins of our clan are all getting this error message when we try to approve one particular new member to wear our clan tag. We have already confirmed that the member's email is linked to their PSN and their Bungie/Destiny account. Anyone have any suggestions? It's happening on the app, on the browser page, and to all 6 admins of the clan as well. Thanks in advance for any help. Edit: fixed! Was solved by the member changing their account to link to public profile in their settings. Thanks to everyone!
