Unrelated question. I bought the TTK bundle on PS3, can I download it again on my PS4? Or do I have to buy it again?

Bungie says you "May need to re-purchase content", but everyone I know of (including myself) has had to re-buy. Get Destiny the Collection for PS4 at Walmart for 40$. Best deal out there.
