Rasputin
Anyone else think how it's a little suspicious that the room where we fight the devourer shank in the Rasputin strike is a weapons test room? And also how the shank can control parts of the room?

That shank was "modified to crack Rasputin's systems." It was designed to breach his firewalls and gain access over the orbital and terrestrial weapons arrays. He was likely placed in the weapons testing area to gain a more direct control over the weapons systems, and with more efficiency.
