Personally, I never notice frame rate differences if the graphics/gameplay is fluid enough. I only notice the frame rate difference if it's the same game and I'm used to a higher frame rate that's lower in certain circumstances.
Eg. R6: Siege terrorist hunt is 30 FPS while multiplayer is 60 FPS. that kinda triggers me. But if it's consistent I really could care less.
