What matters:
If it's good game overall
What doesn't matter:
How much fps
Whatever people feel the need to nitpick over before it's actual release

Would you rather have a good working game with decent fps or a horrible glitchy bugged-out game with top notch fps? Most would take the first. I'm just saying.
