No, people wanted 60
FPS for a long time and have been vocal about it. Everyone thought the new title being current gen only there would be no excuses as it is basically industry standard now.

If you want 60fps so bad go to the platform that can run anything on 60 fps. Why people think current gen Xbox and ps4 is so strong is funny.

I feel for the console players, Microsoft and Sony need to stop releasing consoles with hardware that's a year outdated the day the console releases. Hopefully Scorpio will start to change that.
