Horizon on PS4 looks amazing and runs perfectly and that's 30fps so I don't think it'll be to much of a problem in all honesty

That's because the game was designed specifically for the PS4. If it was ported to the PC, I can guarantee it will look and run much better.

I no it'd look much better on pc there's so much more tech there, console will never compare but I'm just saying 30fps for destiny 2 on the consoles ain't this really bad thing sure 60 would be better but I don't think half the people complaining no the difference and the ones that do most likely have a pic and its uncapped on pc so they have nothing to complain about.
