Lots of youtubers say it and I didn't think much of it for a while, but this is something that really really improved my skill after a while of not feeling like I improved and it's something that's not hard to do.
RECORD AND WATCH YOUR OWN GAMES.
When watching a game your brain I can be 100x more focused on the little things that can make a huge difference because it's not busy actually playing.
It's extremely difficult to notice the mistakes you make while actually playing, and you'll be really surprised how noticeable some things are.
I'm a pretty good sniper, but once I started watching I realized I really need to focus on placing my sights at head level and these sort of mistakes become so much more apparent when watching a game.
Try it guys it helps.

Your lobbies will get easier and easier after every match until you fight baked potatoes only. You can go full tryhard and stomp those poor bastards and the game won't see that you're way above them in terms of skill because you still won't be first place. Your K/D will rise and rise. Have fun.
