Here is my opinion on the whole reveal.
1. Too much chatting and explaining stuff, need more visual evidence.
2. Didn't bungie show a completely different game in the destiny 1 reveal? If so what is stopping them from doing it again?
3. There are already a few issues i can pick out already with this game *cough* guided games *cough*
4. The whole weapon loadout seems really backwards and leaves a few extra questions.
5. The pc master race streamers can no longer play destiny on console so that a positive.
6. So why give PC all the uncapped fps and dedicated servers but consoles don't? Surely the consoles should get preferential treated as we console users are what made destiny the game it is?
They should have gone into more detail about the new things but i guess they are doing that in E3.

That's why they're getting uncapped fps. The reason they're getting dedicated servers is because Destiny 2 is running through battle.net which is a platform notorious for dedicated servers.

Maybe on scorpio but I don't see it happening on PS4 Pro or XB1S. They can berally hold a frame rate of 60 on a game like CoD. From what Bungie is telling us (which isn't always true, I get that.) The world will have smaller loading times and huge environments meaning a huge drop in frame rates already. Not to mention you're putting controller input into the console and having weapons, melees, supers, grenades, enemies, npcs and whatever else may be going on in the environment, happening all at once. That is why a framerate of 30 fps would only work on a console. PC just has it better... they have graphics cards that might as well be bigger than the og XB1. Plus they have intel i7-1080+ processors that could load 4 games of D2 at the same time at 60 fps.

In that case maybe bungie should give console users a bonus to make everything equal.

I'm not sure there is a big enough bonus that could benefit us in the way it should. PC just has way too much going for it. The only thing they don't have is aim assist. Since you're using a mouse and keyboard you've got to use just your reaction time to kill. there's no joystick interference or "lag".

Aim assist is pretty handy. Maybe have console exclusive content then.

Yes but for D2 there should be xbox and ps4 exclusives as the consoles don't get the perks PC users have.

I am being honest. PC players get 60 fps and dedicated servers. Console players get 30 fps and the same p2p system as D1. Plus if it was not for the console players and their support this game would have been a flop. Surely that qualifies for something exclusive for the console players?

Too much chatting because theres nothing to D2. They could have shown everything in a 10 min video, but instead they pause after each sentence for crowd applause. Artificial and manufactured depth even in their reveals. It's pathetic

I admit that they did add bits of comedy into the reveal which i liked. Also the fact that 90% of the audience were streamers/figureheads in the destiny community shows that bungie only wanted the "yes men/women" in the audience instead of the honest people.
