Nessus could be what we call Planet 9 that we believe theoretically exists out past the orbit of Pluto.

No, it's a Centaur minor planet. Its orbit is around 120 years and takes it out beyond Neptune.

Just to add, it's known as 7066 Nessus, another more known Centaur is 2060 Chiron (also called 95P/Chiron).
