Is the ps4 pro fan suppose to sound loud during certain games?
I noticed when i play the uncharted collection, i can barely hear the fan at all..
But i recently bought kingdom hearts and it sounds like the fan is going full blast..

It's a PlayStation. I've found that most PlayStation's sound like jets taking off when playing some games.

I've had a PS4 since launch ( traded in my PS4 for a PS4 Pro last year ) and I've never had this problem, [b]until[/b] recently. I was playing Darksiders: Warmastered Edition on my PS4 earlier this week and when I arrived at a certain section of the game, my PS4 started to sound like a vacuum cleaner. Scarred the shit out of me. I've since completed it and moved onto another game and once again, my PS4 is silent. So I guess it depends on the game.

Working as intended. As more stress is out on the soc more heat is generated, which means the fan has to ramp up.

Edited by shell: 5/18/2017 3:36:22 PMClean out the vents and fans with a low power vacuum. Hold it near the vents and you can even see some of the dust fly out. A keyboard vacuum would be best, but most handheld vacuums should be safe. If it's still loud, it may be a problem with Kingdom Hearts. I know some games make the fan loud for no reason. Furi was really bad at that, but it was patched out.
