I looked up your match history and found the match you were disconnected from. I inspected the other team and saw that two of them play together and recently went on a long streak of winning trials matches versus teams whose members are listed as deserters. This appears to be a recent pattern for those two, but it's still indicative of the type of history you would see for someone using DOS attacks to kick their opponents. You just don't have 10+ consecutive matches against teams of quitters by chance. That's a signal something intentional is going on. It's my opinion that one of the two of them is using a IP flooding service to intentionally kick their opponents. These services use a botnet, and can be subscribed to for a low monthly fee. It's amazingly easy to do. It's equally easy to identify it's being done, but for some reason, it's been extremely difficult for Bungie to actually follow through and do anything to the accounts that are using these illegal services. That doesn't mean Bungie is complacent, but they have a very high burden of proof to meet before taking action against an account. That said, don't be discouraged from reporting them. As was suggested by the mentors, use Bungie's online form when you are not able to report them in game. Good luck.

Hello gamblrr, Sorry you experienced connection issues, if you feel like a player was cheating you can report them. Reporting is one of the ways Bungie may start an investigation. Here is how to report a player. REPORTING A PLAYER WHILE IN DESTINY Using the in-game reporting tool is the best way to report a suspected cheater, also you can fill out the Report Player Contact Form at the bottom of this link with the requested information, if you were kicked from the game before using the in-game reporting tool. You may report suspected cheaters here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13967 Bungie actively investigates network manipulation and other forms of cheating. They will continue to monitor game performance for people abusing the system and enforce their policies. They regularly address players who they have confirmed are cheating in one form or another. Rest assured that they will continue to do so.
Please use these reporting methods, rather than starting posts about players you suspect of cheating on forums. Sending reports directly to Bungie ensures that we will see them, and we don’t want players receiving threats and hate mail. The Banhammer’s message is strong, and doesn’t risk innocent players being publicly attacked for false claims.
https://www.bungie.net/en/News/Article/45394/7_This-Week-at-Bungie---10272016
