What are your reasons for not completing enough Raids?
I don't have many individual raid completions under my belt. I do however watch videos on Raid Guides. Does it mean I should be kicked because I'm inexperienced? (because that's what some "elitist" raiders believe, regardless of other sources of Raid knowledge)
