Ashley.
Kaiden is one of the more bland ME squadmates in the entire franchise. He's not awful but it's very easy to take his presence for granted.
Wether you like Ashley or not, she definitely leaves an impression.

Thanks for the input. I'm kinda leaning towards Kaidan due to the fact that he seems kinda sad and hurt due to L2 implants, but I I'm now leaning towards Ashley
