Thats almost the only map i see in pvp right now. I miss the old yr1 maps!!!

1 ReplyBannerfall is probably one of my favorite maps. My least favorite is definitely Cathedral of Dusk. Its the size of a Combined Arms map but no vehicles. And it always seems to come up during rift for me.

7 RepliesBad day, huh? The truth is that Bannerfall is one of the most balanced, best-designed PVP maps in the game. Between the open sight-lines....basic symmetry...and protected flanking routes...you can play the map any way you want and be successful.

I love that map. Plenty of high cover so you can air it out,and the spawns are directly across from each other separated by that little courtyard with the half open doors and openings you can jump through.

The worst part of Bannerfall is the frequency of spawn flips and largely being unable to manage your position. I can walk out from spawn and have half the other team spawn behind me before I reach mid map. It's easily the most annoying aspect of playing on Bannerfall.
