PC is likely going to get PTS (public test servers) for patches to help with these broken patches. Your asking for things but Microsoft hasn't shown any signs to try and pay out for their own exclusive features and meanwhile they are inferior in sales to the PS4 which means Activision is going to lean towards Sony like they did with Microsoft during last console generation.
